NURSING HOME VISIT

Since starting in my ministry the past two weeks with Chaplain Community Services it sincerely has been an awesome experience.

To find the lonely and unloved people there is heart breaking. The people love just a few minutes of your time, just to listen to them, to pray with them, to let them know God still loves them and has not forsaken them is awesome.

I had three people awesome people re-commit their lived today to Christ. It is an awesome experience as I pray with them for them to let Him back into our lives! It is such an awesome experience to lead then back to God!

I ask for prayer in their continued strength and love for Him. I ask for prayer for all who are in this nursing home and rehab center.

Working and talking and counseling these people In His Name is awesome!

SEMINARY SCHOLARSHIP

Going to Seminary is expensive. On top of that, finding a scholarship can be really difficult. That's why I was so excited to find this Seminary Scholarship website today. Not only are they giving away a $1,000.00 scholarship and a digital theological library, all I had to do to apply was watch a short video and answer a few questions! It took less than 15 minutes. What is best of all is that if you're in seminary and apply for the Seminary Scholarship, and put my name as the person who referred you, if you win the scholarship, so do I! We could both get a $1,000.00 scholarship and digital theological library. So, do us both a favor and go apply for the Seminary Scholarship today.

Neuro Sarcoid and long term health consequences

For whatever ungodly reason, I don't understand why people don't understand and illness and how it afflicts the body can tell you how to live you life and what you should do.

Many people go through their lives with their heads covered and don't want to look and truely see what is around them. Sickness is everywhere, wake up and smell the casket already.

Those of us who are sick, deal with the debilitating illness everyday and how it affects our bodies. Most are never good. Put yourself into someone who has long term health problems for 30 days, take the medications we have to take, go to the useless doctors appointments to where they seem to never do anything, but yet we still have to pay for "services rendered".

Sadly enough, we apply for disability and when some find out, we are shunned in society. Did we ask for this, no we did not.

It is a fact of life though, for the majority it will never be better. We have some of these people throwing this in our face, especially those who don't like us.

I say to these people, walk in the shoes of anyone with severe health problems and go through what we go through on a daily basis.

I challenge anyone to do that! Then you might understand.

What dignity the disease doe not strip[ of us, the medications and the side effects just might do that.

God Bless.
